A Little Easter Basket

Quick and easy to make is what this little basket is! The basket is made from a 8 1/4 x 8 1/4 piece of paper, a little adhesive and viola all done!
Stamps/Supplies Used: Aqua Painter for the cute little bunnies. Bunny stamp and saying from the Michael's $1.50 bins (love those bins) and some leftover paper. SU Rhinestone brads on the handles.

More Doodle This

I told you that I love this set! There is just something about it.

The sun was finally out this weekend when I made this card. I used my aqua painter to create the sunny colours on the flowers and this time added some sparkle with the new SU Glitter.
Stamps/Supplies Used: SU AquaPainter, SU Glitter and of course Doodle This

A Little Thank You

I made this Thank You Pocket Card for a co-worker. She used to work at a printing company and one morning she brought in a pile of patterned paper for me. (Thanks Lucy!!)Using her paper I created this little card.

Stamps/Supplies Used: patterned paper, doodle rub-on from Making Memories, TRUE FRIEND stamp set, tab punch and gems are from the wonderful little dollar bins at Michaels :-)

A Valentine for my Buddy

Here is a card that I made for my favourite buddy. I hope that she liked it.

Stamps/Supplies Used: Rhinestone Brads from SU. Love these little cuties. You get all different sizes of them in the container with 3 shades of colour. The Heart is from the new ALWAYS set which I embossed with Black Fine Detail Ebossing Powder. (Detail is the only kind I use. I just like how the results always work out). The saying is from the TRUE FRIEND set and the swirls and little flowers are from the PRICELESS set.

Valentine Surprise

I wanted to do a little something different for K's classmates this year. So, the boys will be getting little bags of candy and the girls will receive this Valentine Lip Balm holder. I purchased the Wild Berry Lip Balms from Avon and they have cute little lips all over them. The holder is so simple. Couple cuts here..couple scores there. Decorate the front and voila done!
Stamps/Supplies Used: Stamps are from the $1.50 bin at Micheals; SU scallop punch, Circle Punches, Michaels Valentine Ribbon and Lip Balms from Avon

Doodle This and Doodle That!

I just love these two stamp sets. They are definitely one of my fav's from Stampin Up's catalogue.

The is a card that I had cased from someone on Splitcoast Stampers and decided tonight might be the night to finally give it a try.

To create this card, I embossed using my Cuttlebug and the Bloom Dots embossing folder and got out the old Aqua Painter to do some watercolouring for the flowers. I always seem to forget about the Aqua Painter. You can create some really neat colour blending and no two colours are really the same which can really add to your project. Don't forget to work on watercolour paper :-)

What do you think?

It's All about Acetate Baby!

Love this stuff. Well now I do. Not in school when I just knew it as "over head transparencies" which in my mind meant....work to be copied down into my binder or homework!

Ah..the possibilities now.... ;-)

What do you think of my little "Be My Valentine" ?
