A little surprise in my craft room

Kind of hard to get upset when you see this! Ahh my girl...just likes to be crafty especially in her Mom's special room...and of course when Mom is at work! A little surprise for me when I went to my room to work on my Christmas Cards and what do I find? A lot of blue glitter everywhere, caps off glue and more.

The sorry note was a nice touch don't you think? It is a good thing she is cute I tell ya!!!!

Country Christmas

I have finally made a card that I like with this stamp. Thank you to my bestest buddy Lujza for giving it to me, I think 2 years ago and I am finally going to put it to good use. Everytime I have used it, the card just never turned out right to me until now. What do you think?

My friend's 40th is coming up on Friday, so I prepped in advance, her card. Yes, very unlike me but hey..maybe I am turning over a new leaf?

SU supplies used: Sticky cut letters, fine cosmo glitter, Stamps: Short & Sweet and the ink and cardstock are pink passion. Can't remember who makes the rock star paper but I love it!

My Furry Friend!

Get Well Card for a.......Puppy!

Yep, I know but my co-worker's furry friend has hurt himself and has been put on "Cage Rest" The worst part is that he is a puppy and this Dr. prescribed rest is for 8 weeks! Poor little guy..he has hurt his growth plate so he is going to be chillin' for a while.

The best part is that he looks just like the little dog on my card.

I Love Kits!

Why? They are quick and easy and for someone like me who likes to see results quick, they are perfect! And of course..if you haven't made anything in a long while..the sense of accomplishment is everything!!!!! :-)

I made a cute double sided door hanger and a clipboard frame. I love this picture of Kaylin. We were at Disneyland and she was just so excited to get on that ride.

BUT for all us CUTTLEBUG owners..have no fear!

These dies will fit our little CB machine. :-) All is back to good now.

Another Birthday Card

Another co-worker with a July birthday! Hope she likes it. She loves pink so I think she will.



Decided to dust off the Cuttlebug. Got out the embossing folders and die cuts. So easy to use. I must start using this again! The stamp set is an old Sale-a-bration set and one of the first SU sets I ever bought!

Supplies Used: Cuttlebug embossing folder and dies; Pixie pink, black and green grass paper; white signo pen; fine glitter; certainly celery ribbon; Celebrate SAB stamps; SU markers

Broke out a retired stamp set to make these two cards. I really like this set and should use it more often. I probably will now that I have finally made a couple of cards with it. :-)

Loving that SU Colour Wheel. I would never have put this colour combo together.

Anyways...stay cool today it is another hot one!
